EXAMINATIONS DEPARTMENT
The examination department is one of the key and most sensitive departments in our school. It comprises of six major areas; development of the examination and invigilation time tables, confirmation of the credibility of an exam together with the marking schemes, administration of the examination, coordination of marking of the examination, compilation and forwarding the result to the Director of Studies for analysis and finally release of the result.
This department involves all the teaching staff under the leadership of the HOD, assisted by the Assistant HOD and Heads of Subjects. As members of this department, we have embraced the spirit of teamwork and commitment to our task in learner assessment. We work round the clock to ensure there is proper assessment of our learners in an in-depth manner for both cognitive and psychomotor skills. The learners are subjected to three comprehensive examinations each term that are marked using the Conveyer Belt System, then the result is critically analyzed and released within a set timeline. We work under set targets for each examination every term, and we work towards the achievement of these targets.
